In light of the Coronavirus (COVID -19), we would like to reassure your safety is our priority. We are putting numerous important measures in place for the wellbeing of our customers and staff.
The farming community is a great one and has always historically helped each other. This crisis will eventually go away, the skies will brighten (fields will dry up!) and we will come out of this difficult period together, ready for the future.
We are following government guidelines and in addition, have taken the following action:
Advanced hygiene facilities have been installed at our premises. These include UV air sterilisers which have been fitted in the shop, staff facilities, and our offices. Surfaces, door handles, etc will be wiped down with anti-viral cloths on a regular basis. Staff will be working from home or apart where possible to avoid close contact. Any staff showing signs of symptoms will be asked to immediately self-isolate. We have implemented a no handshake policy.
Parts Department. Please call ahead to discuss your requirements and we can have your items ready at a collection point. We have installed a doorbell to ring for attention and service at a safe distance. Please keep 2 metres distance from any other customers and staff. To enter the shop we require you to wear a face mask.
Service Department. If your machinery needs urgent repairs, servicing or maintenance then please call and appropriate arrangements will be made. We respectfully ask that a safe distance of 2 metres is maintained at all times when an engineer is on-site. Please call ahead to discuss how best we can safely serve you.
Our sales team are still available. Please call them on the usual mobile numbers, or contact the branch. It will still be possible by using various creative methods to view tractors/machines and discuss requirements. They love you to contact them!
We aim to support you as much as possible during this difficult period. Please do not hesitate to call us and we will endeavour to help to our greatest ability whilst taking your personal circumstances into consideration.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your patience while we adapt to the new situation we all find ourselves in. As a family business ourselves, your loyalty to us is truly appreciated.
Finally, we hope you all have a productive Spring/Summer season, the countryside is a great place to work!
