Parts Manager Required

Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Identifying customer spare parts requirements: In-store, over the phone, and via email
  • Sales order processing and invoicing: Using our management system (Ibcos Gold)
  • Organising part returns
  • Assisting with stock-taking
  • Pre-picking of parts
  • Managing goods in and out: Receiving, checking, and putting away supplier deliveries, and informing of shortages or damaged stock
  • Maintaining tidiness of the department
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Ideally, you will have:

  • Excellent customer communication skills and telephone manner
  • Agricultural machinery knowledge
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and have the ability to work alone
  • Be willing to participate in training when required to improve your skills.
  • Be a good timekeeper and be reliable.

Start Date:              Subject to the successful candidate’s notice period

Location:                  Sussex Depot, Tyes Cross Farm

Hours:                        40 hours per week – 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday

(1hr unpaid lunch) weekend and seasonal hours apply.

Saturday mornings 8 am to 12 pm during busy times. (May to September)

Salary:                       (DOE) dependent on experience

Contract:                 Permanent, full-time, Salary
