The body of the S/4 has a 3mm floor and 2.5mm sides, still allowing them to be easily removed if necessary. The hinge points for the sides are also reinforced to prevent cracking or twisting under heavy loads. To improve rigidity the trailer also has a fixed headboard, reducing flexing during loading and transport.
